Action After Receiving Notification
Once a proper infringement notification is received, we will take appropriate action including removing or disabling access to the infringing content and, if necessary, contacting the user who posted the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification. To do so, send us a written notice with the following details:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court for legal matters related to the complaint.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
